From the app, Profile → Settings → Help & support opens your email app. Tell us your first name in Wejoo and, if your message is about your account, the phone number you sign in with.
In an emergency, call the police on 999.
Common questions
I don't receive my sign-in code
The code is sent on WhatsApp. Check that WhatsApp is installed and active for this number, wait for the countdown to end, then tap Resend code. A number without WhatsApp cannot be used to sign in.
How do I report a listing, a person or a rating?
Open the listing, the profile or the rating and choose Report: it takes two taps. Reports are reviewed within [REVIEW SLA: 24 or 48] hours.
How do I block someone?
On their profile, choose Block. You will no longer see each other's listings and requests. To unblock them: Settings → Blocked users.
My listing is "In review"
Every listing is checked before it goes live. When the automatic check is not enough, a person reviews the listing within [REVIEW SLA: 24 or 48] hours.
What are dates?
Dates are small in-app units used to request items, so that everyone gets a fair chance. You receive some when you sign up, more over time and when you give. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought.
My account has been suspended
The app tells you that your account has been suspended for breaking the community rules, without giving the detailed reason. If you think it is a mistake, tap Contact support on that screen or write to us: a person will review your case.
Can I change my phone number?
Not in the app. [TECH TO CONFIRM: no procedure exists yet to move an account to a new number (docs/legal/README.md, technical gaps). Describe it here once it exists, or remove this question.]
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Without the app: see Delete your account.

- Meet in a public place or at a building reception, during the day.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Never pay anything, and never share your sign-in code.
- Check the item before you take it.
